Where this goes

The roadmap

No dates we can't keep. Each stage ships before the next one starts, and the list gets shorter from the top.

  1. The flock

    Done

Before there was anything to mint, there was a community worth building for.

    • Built out of the Robinhood Chain crowd, not bought in
    • Collabs with the projects who turned up early
    • Free spots handed to people already doing the work
    • Bots, farms and multi-accounting filtered aggressively before mint so real people had the best shot at getting in
  2. The mint

    Done

4,500 birds, free to mint, and that was the whole run.

    • Minted out
    • Holders on chain, and trading on the secondary market
    • Every promise on the mint page kept
    • A deliberately strict anti-bot and anti-sybil process helped keep the distribution as fair as we could make it
  3. The climb goes live

    Building

The collection does not gate the game. Anyone can climb. Holding a bird simply gives you an edge — and a stake in what comes later.

    • Doodle Jump-style climb with the one-assist flap
    • Sign in with your wallet, with scores re-checked on the server
    • Free to play while signed in, with a transaction required to put an official run on the board
    • Holder boosts read straight off-chain ownership data
    • Bird holders receive boosted scoring while they play
    • The original collection also carries its own dedicated share of the future EGGHOOD distribution
  4. Referrals

    Building

    Playing together should matter too.

    • Referral activity can increase a player's boost
    • The boost only activates once both sides have submitted at least one scored run
    • No passive farming from empty wallets or unused referrals
    • The more real players you bring into the climb, the more valuable the network becomes
  5. Boards, seasons and the pot

    Next

A leaderboard is only worth climbing if there is something worth reaching the top for.

    • Seasonal Ranked boards that reset, so nobody is permanently first
    • Runs you can post without screenshotting them yourself
    • Rewards can be set daily, weekly, or at the end of a season
    • Reward pools can include:
      • EGGHOOD
      • Cash or USDT
      • NFTs from our own collections
      • NFTs and rewards from partner collections
    • Prize structures can change from one competition to the next
    • Entry-fee funded prize pots, where used, will be reported publicly
  6. DOODBIRDS

    Next

404 of them. Same hand, looser line. These are the OGs, and their place in the ecosystem reflects it.

    • 404 total supply
    • The art carried forward in a looser doodle style
    • The largest single EGGHOOD allocation reserved for them
    • A holder boost that stacks on top of the first collection
    • Their role sits alongside the original birds, not in place of them
  7. EGGHOOD

    Next

Once both collections are in place, the eggs stop being points and start becoming a balance.

    • Earned by climbing, not by holding still
    • Spent inside the game before it is spent anywhere else
    • Distributed across players, holders and the wider flock
    • The original collection receives its own dedicated allocation
    • DOODBIRDS receive the largest single collection allocation
    • A treasury anybody can read from the first day it exists
  8. The numbers, in full

    Next

Supply, splits, unlocks, boosts and the airdrop published in one go — and not before.

    • Written once both collections are out and the flock is the size it is
    • Distribution across players, holders and the community
    • Dedicated allocation for the original collection
    • Additional weighting for DOODBIRDS
    • Airdrop weighted toward the people who were already here
    • Referral and gameplay mechanics documented clearly before they affect distribution
  9. Still in the trees

    Next

There is more. We are not saying what yet, and that is the point.

    • Something live, with everyone in the same forest at the same moment
    • Something worth spending EGGHOOD on
    • More reasons to climb, compete, hold and bring people in
    • Decided with the flock, not announced at it
